Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Source and Evaluate Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

2. Negotiate Terms and Contracts: Request quotes, negotiate pricing, and establish terms and conditions for purchases and contracts.

3. Prepare Purchase Documentation: Create and issue purchase orders, procurement contracts, and related documentation in line with company policies.

4. Monitor Supplier Performance: Track and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and resolving any issues or disputes.

5. Ensure Quality Compliance: Inspect and assess the quality of incoming goods or services, addressing non-conformities or delivery issues promptly.

6. Manage Inventory Needs: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate timely replenishment of materials or products.

7. Support Project Procurement: Work closely with project teams to understand procurement needs, timelines, and specifications.

8. Develop Sourcing Strategies: Analyze market trends and cost drivers to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans.

9. Maintain Procurement Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, and procurement activities.

10. Ensure Policy Compliance: Adhere to internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

11. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with market conditions, new products, and supplier innovations to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Business administration, supply chain management, project cooNegotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems and ERP

Ability to:

Interact in a positive manner with internal contacts.

Interact in a positive manner with external contacts.

Complete tasks within critical deadlines.

Knowledge/ability to use various software programs (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, email, etc.).

Preferred experienced in using Odoo system.
