Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor and maintain purchase requisitions in the ERP system.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve optimal quality, pricing, and terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve material or supply issues.

Conduct pre-delivery inspections and coordinate logistics for shipments.
-
Evaluate and develop supplier relationships, identifying strategic partners for long-term collaboration.

Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies, ISO standards, and HSE requirements.

Maintain accurate procurement records, audit files, and track payments and contract deadlines.

Support compliance with HSE and audit requirements related to procurement.

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain and procurement efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
-
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-
Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
-
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and material resource planning (MRP).

Experience in supplier qualification, contract management, and international trade compliance.
