Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to delivery.
Identify and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for the best terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and inventory reports.
Monitor market trends to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers, finance, and logistics teams.
Resolve supply delays, quality issues, and contractual disputes.
Implement sustainable and cost-saving procurement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (construction/industrial sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis.
Familiarity with Saudi procurement laws and international trade practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), data reporting, and inventory systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
