Procurement Officer

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
Prepare purchase requests, RFQs, and purchase orders
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors
Maintain supplier database and procurement records
Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payments

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
2-4 years of procurement experience
Knowledge of procurement procedures and contracts
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
