Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage purchasing needs based on inventory and data analysis.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders; ensure quality of received goods.

  • Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance.

  • Control purchasing budgets and provide regular reports.

  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and forecast future needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Master s degree (e.g., MBA or Supply Chain Management) preferred.

  • 5 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
