Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities

Plan and manage purchasing needs based on inventory and data analysis.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Issue and follow up on purchase orders; ensure quality of received goods.

Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance.

Control purchasing budgets and provide regular reports.

Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and forecast future needs.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Master s degree (e.g., MBA or Supply Chain Management) preferred.

5 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
