Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel procurement operations to ensure smooth and timely purchasing processes.
- Source reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and forecast purchasing needs.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with brand quality and safety standards.
- Support sustainability and local sourcing initiatives in alignment with Marriott s corporate responsibility goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team to ensure consistent performance and adherence to policies.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare cost-saving and performance reports for management.

- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
