Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in the supply chain.
  • Lead the procurement team, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize stock availability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Experience: 10+ years

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Experience in negotiating large contracts and managing strategic supplier relationships to drive value for the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously.
