Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a Procurement Manager who doesn t just buy ingredients they hunt for quality, negotiate like their reputation depends on it, and build relationships that make suppliers pick up the phone on the first ring. This isn t a desk job for someone who wants to clock in and out. This is for someone who gets excited about finding the perfect supplier, who stays up thinking about cost optimization, and who understands that every dirham saved goes straight into making us better.
What You ll Do
Source and negotiate with suppliers for chicken, ingredients, packaging, and equipment across multiple locations
Build and maintain relationships with vendors that go beyond transactional we want partners who grow with us
Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and prevent stockouts without over-ordering
Track market prices, identify cost-saving opportunities, and challenge the status quo
Develop detailed monthly performance reports that track: cost savings achieved, supplier performance metrics, price variance analysis, procurement efficiency KPIs, and forecast accuracy
Turn raw data into actionable insights your reports should tell a story and drive decisions
Ensure quality standards are non-negotiable while keeping costs competitive
Coordinate with our operations team to understand real-time needs and solve problems fast
Build procurement systems and processes as we scale you ll help build this from the ground up

Self-accountable: you create reports that show what s working and what s not because you genuinely want to improve
Naturally persuasive and relationship-driven people want to work with you
Organized but not paralyzed by perfectionism you move fast and iterate
Hungry for responsibility and ready to own outcomes, not just tasks
Willing to visit suppliers, markets, and farms this role requires getting your hands dirty
Comfortable working across Egypt and Saudi Arabia markets
