Overview:

This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations, including vendor management, sourcing strategies, and project coordination. Interns will support strategic initiatives and gain exposure to procurement systems and supplier engagement.

Your role:

  • Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
  • Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather procurement requirements.
  • Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update procurement records and databases.
  • Help manage procurement data and generate reports.
  • Contribute to cost analysis, market research, and vendor performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in contract administration and document management.
  • Support invoice verification and reconciliation with OTC and Accounting teams.
  • Participate in internal audits and process improvement projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of procurement data.

Your expertise:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
  • Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Basic understanding of sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel PivotTables, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of procurement compliance and sustainability practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
