Job description Looking for a Purchasing Executive for our Logistics Department. As a Purchasing Executive, your duties and responsibilities include buying products, raw materials or services that are needed to maintain the smooth functioning of our operations. This post is only for Procurement who have experience in packaging and Trading companies already.


Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Entering, recording, storing, or maintaining information in ERP.
All responsibility related to technical and commercial aspect responsible for Order placement timing, Demand alignment, and Material replenishment and Supplier performance.
Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. Sourcing the most Affordable material for the Company's requirements on site.
Responsible for ordering products, services, and raw materials for the company or organization
Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, negotiation and Material follow-ups.

Requirements
Experienced in Purchasing or Trading companies will be first priority.
Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
1-3 years experience in a Purchasing/Procurement.
Proven track record of working as a Purchasing, Purchasing Agent or a similar role.
Understanding of purchasing management software such as ERP, etc.
Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to accurately review the contracts.
