Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess industry trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, focusing on securing favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals, emphasizing cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or APICS demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships, showcasing a history of successful outcomes.
