Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with purchasing materials, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order status Track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues as needed Maintain supplier databases and procurement documentation Support contract administration and renewal tracking Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs Assist in evaluating supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or procurement software experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills Knowledge of basic procurement and supply chain principles Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing Data entry and record-keeping accuracy Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
