Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all procurement-related activities for engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on Requests for Proposals (RFPs), quotations, and price comparisons.
• Conduct technical and financial analyses of supplier bids to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance departments to align procurement plans with project timelines.
• Maintain procurement records, reports, and supplier databases for reference and auditing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in real estate or contracting sectors.
• Strong knowledge of RFP management, supplier negotiation, and technical evaluation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail and deadlines.
