Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Specialized in RFQ handling, & BOQ

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers that meet the project's technical and financial criteria.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, price, and delivery time to ensure the best value for the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery conditions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and ensure purchase orders align with project requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives by analyzing procurement processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience in a technical or engineering environment is preferred.
