Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle the full procurement cycle including identifying needs, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, import regulations, and international trade laws.
  • Review and verify procurement documents such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor invoices.
  • Follow up on shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or shortages.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to support smooth supply chain operation
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, delivery times, and supplier performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, global trade updates, and changes in import/export regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in substations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage procurement documentation effectively.
  • Familiarity with MTs, Incoterms, NAZFA, HS codes, and import clearance procedures is required.
