Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and cost standards.
  • Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, monitoring timelines to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and update databases with supplier information and contract details.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or similar are an advantage.
  • Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing or retail, enhances understanding of procurement nuances.
