Procurement Assistant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Core Responsibilities:


Manage procurement of civil/construction materials and services.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
Track delivery schedules and inventory to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and project specifications.
Support cost control and maintain accurate procurement records.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in civil/construction projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
