Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our procurement and finance operations. This role involves managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and handling utilities across the UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.

  • Process supplier invoices and utility bills for UAE and KSA operations.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement systems.

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Work Experience: 2-10 years in procurement and supply chain administration role.

  • Experience in the Real Estate/Property management/Construction industry will be more preferably.

  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyage software is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and join immediately.

  • Good in Communication - English and Arabic will be an advantage.
