Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Study, develop and implement production processes and machines for new project.
Elaborate and lead technical specifications with suppliers.
Participate in the design for manufacturing (DFM) with OTO and engineering team.
Present the industrialization progress with the project team: LLR
Manage and track actions plan with suppliers through a weekly meeting: PDCA, SLI, etc
Implement and validate the test sequences according to the MPS: AC & FC stations
Elaborate and validate the P-FMEA of each workstation with project team, quality, and suppliers.
Participate on the workflow definition and the implementation of the MES: Cimple
Impact study for Customer specific requirement and GPMP instruction for change.
Prepare and validate the layout of the new lines.
Development of pre-acceptance and acceptance check list
Manage and communicate the manufacturing file of new lines: user guide and maintenance file.
Prepare and validate the PDR checklist of all equipment with the maintenance team
Launch R@R and FDPR to ensure the good functioning of workstations according to the RFQ
Lead the process improvement: Line Balancing, Test Sequence, Ergonomic, etc. From the PPAP until the SOP plus 6 months
Improve and ensure the KPI s of project (Cycle time, FTT, OEE, Scrap etc..) from implementation until serial production.
Review the Visteon guidelines and submit the LLC from previous project.
Train process and maintenance engineers for the new or updated document / Equipment / Lines.
Support process engineers to take the lead in serial production.
