Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for all employees through MOHRE and GDRFA.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and WPS (Wage Protection System).
  • Coordinate Emirates ID registration and medical fitness tests for employees.
  • Manage timely renewal of trade license, tenancy contracts, and other legal company documents.
  • Act as the primary liaison with UAE government departments (Labour, Immigration, Civil Defense, Municipality, etc.).
  • Process labor quotas, work permits, and job offer letters via the MOHRE portal.
  • Manage document attestations through embassies, ministries, and legal notary offices.
  • Coordinate health and safety inspections and maintain regulatory compliance reports.
  • Resolve fines, legal disputes, and government-related employee grievances efficiently.
  • Conduct employee orientation on UAE labor laws, visa processes, and legal responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Min 2 years of UAE experience
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
