Private Label - Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for private label products using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and category management teams to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust forecasts based on performance analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time product availability.
• Conduct regular demand review meetings and present forecast updates to management.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the demand plan and propose mitigation strategies.
• Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory turnover.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the demand planning process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in retail with private label exposure.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices.
