Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Spearhead the growth of the private label portfolio in luxury and niche perfume segments.

· Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept to delivery — coordinating between manufacturing, R&D, and design teams for custom fragrance projects.

· Develop tailored proposals aligned with client brand identities to secure new business and repeat orders.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients across the UAE, GCC, and Europe.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to boost brand visibility and generate new leads.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend innovative product solutions, ensuring a competitive advantage.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.

· Support marketing initiatives with impactful presentations and pitches for international accounts.
