We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Jet Charter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for aviation, and a keen understanding of the luxury travel market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and travel agencies.
  2. Respond to charter inquiries, providing accurate and timely quotes to clients based on their specific travel needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and proactive follow-up.
  4. Coordinate with flight operations and ground services to ensure a seamless and personalized travel experience for clients.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company s objectives.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the aviation or luxury travel industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft types, and industry standards is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  10. A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  11. Be prepared to work outside of standard business hours
