Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit and manage relationships with HNWI (high-net-worth individuals) / VIC (very important clients) collectors for PRME Prestige program Le Cercle .
  • Act as primary point of contact & personal advisor: addressing inquiries, providing product information, product recommendations & tailored experiences.
  • Build, manage & expand the private client Le Cercle network & database; supporting customer analysis & the development of tailored plans and programs.

Drive Sales of Prestige & Luxury Portfolio.

  • Sell rare, unique & collectable limited edition prestige spirits and champagnes from the Pernod Ricard Le Cercle portfolio.
  • Guide private clients on building or refining their collections; guide them through special releases & bespoke allocations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private client sector to further enhance the business performance of Le Cercle in the UAE.

Event Planning and Execution

  • Develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders to support the acquisition, reward & retention of private client customers.
  • In collaboration with marketing teams, design and execute exclusive events for private clients, creating memorable and engaging experiences that reflect our brand values.

Brand Advocacy

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Pernod-Ricard, articulating our story and values to private clients with authenticity and confidence.
  • Promote our diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring clients are informed and engaged with our offerings.
  • Foster a sense of community among private clients, connecting them with our brand and each other.

Market Insights and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities within the private client segment.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, helping shape strategic decisions and initiatives.
  • Stay grounded in the real, ensuring our approach aligns with community values and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sectors.
