Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in heat press, embroidery, or sublimation printing (preferred but training can be provided).

  • Familiarity with design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, or embroidery digitizing software).

  • Skills in increasing sales and convincing customers.

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Creativity with an eye for design, colors, and layouts.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Operate personalization machines in a print shop (Printing, heat press, vinyl cutting, embroidery, sublimation).

  • Handle personalization software (Graphic design applications, digitizing embroidery, preparing print/vinyl files).

  • Assist customers in selecting personalization options (designs, fonts, colors, placements).

  • Ensure accuracy of personalized items (spelling, alignment, and finishing).

  • Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic machine operations (threading, blade changes, cleaning).

  • Keep the workstation organized and monitor inventory of materials (threads, blanks, vinyl, sublimation sheets).

  • Provide excellent customer service and upsell additional personalization options.

  • willingness to work on weekends and holidays on shift until mall closure time
