Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and maintain UV, DTF, Sublimation, and other printing machines. Prepare and optimize print-ready files using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Print on various surfaces such as textiles, acrylic, leather, wood, mugs, bags, and packaging materials. Monitor print quality, troubleshoot errors, and adjust settings for best results. Perform color matching, image retouching, and layout adjustments when needed. Maintain machines by performing routine cleaning and servicing. Collaborate with the design and production team for custom orders and bulk jobs. Ensure on-time delivery and consistent print quality. Keep organized records of printing jobs and materials used.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator / Designer. Strong knowledge of UV, DTF, Sublimation, Heat Transfer, and Digital Printing. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Understanding of print file setup (bleeds, CMYK, resolution, etc.). Ability to work with different materials and surfaces. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with commitment to quality. Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
