We re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead design for high-impact, cross-platform initiatives that shape the experience of millions of users across Android, iOS, and web.

This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who wants to drive design quality and product strategy hands-on, without direct people management.

You ll collaborate with product, engineering, and data partners to define the future of our delivery experience and ensure that every touchpoint feels seamless, intuitive, and human. As one of the most senior designers in the team, you ll set the standard for design excellence, mentor other designers, and elevate the craft across the organization.

This is a remote role, open to candidates who are comfortable collaborating across time zones and working independently while maintaining strong alignment with distributed teams.

What You Will Do

• Own complex, strategic design challenges from discovery to implementation, translating business goals into elegant, user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to shape product strategy and define key user journeys and experiences.
• Elevate design quality and consistency across products through systems thinking, process improvements, and shared best practices.
• Mentor and guide other designers by giving feedback, sharing methods, and raising the bar for visual and interaction design.
• Advocate for the user through research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration.
• Partner with design leadership to shape the team s vision, priorities, and impact metrics.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and critiques that drive alignment and creative breakthroughs.
• Stay ahead of design and technology trends to ensure our experiences remain relevant, inclusive, and forward-thinking.

What Are We Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record designing and shipping high-impact consumer products at scale.
• Deep experience in user experience, interaction, and visual design from research to final implementation.
• Strong ability to connect design outcomes to business and customer impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners and executives.
• Experience collaborating effectively in distributed, remote-first teams.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma; familiarity with Maze or other testing tools is a plus.

• Previous experience in the delivery of food and beverage industry

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 working hours and 1 hour lunch break.
