Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
RAK Academy Khuzam Primary School is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational PE Teacher to join the team.
Essential
- Hold a bachelor s degree in physical education/Sports Science or a related subject and a post graduate qualification in education.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning.
- Experience of delivering different sports to a high level.
- Coaching experience.
- Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom.
- Have a proven record of increasing student outcomes.
- Be highly proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and learning.
- Engage, motivate and support students.
- Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of staff and have a growth mindset.
- Be willing to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities.
- Have excellent communications skills.
- Most importantly, fully subscribe to the maxim that all complex decision-making be based on what constitutes best practice for the child
