Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end market research projects, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Lead project teams (internal and external) to deliver actionable insights for clients in Pharma and Life Sciences.
- Review client requirements, develop proposals, and ensure profitability with minimal senior management input.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables; drive projects to successful completion.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings and market intelligence.
- Identify new business opportunities through follow-on work and proactive client engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members to build expertise in market research and consulting methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree required; Master s preferred.
- Experience: 8 12 years in consulting with a strong focus on Primary Market Research / Primary Intelligence in Pharma or Life Sciences.
- Proven ability to manage complex research projects and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Established network within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is a plus.
