Kings’ Education is seeking an exceptional and inspiring Primary Headteacher to join Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba (KSNAS) from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic primary leader to play a pivotal role in the next phase of the school’s development, working closely with the principal to ensure outstanding learning, teaching and day-to-day leadership across the primary phase.

The Role
The Primary Headteacher will be responsible for:
Leading high-quality learning and teaching across FS–Year 6.
Driving school improvement through rigorous, data-informed self-evaluation.
Providing visible, compassionate, and aspirational leadership.
Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations across the primary phase.
Upholding high expectations, professional trust, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensuring outstanding pastoral care, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching, assessment, and curriculum delivery.
Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
Supporting the Principal with whole-school priorities and strategic initiatives.
Championing UAE educational priorities and contributing meaningfully to Dubai’s educational vision.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
QTS and a relevant first degree.
Master’s in Education, NPQH or equivalent leadership qualification (or working towards such qualification).
Minimum 12 years’ experience in education.
At least 5 years’ experience in primary senior leadership.
Proven impact on raising standards and improving outcomes.
Experience in high-performing British curriculum primary schools.
Evidence of sustained professional development in school leadership.
Strong commitment to staff development and professional growth.
Alignment with Kings’ Education’s values and ethos.
Desired Candidate Profile
