Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust financial business cases for new products, services, and initiatives across cloud, digital, and managed services portfolios.
  • Build forecast models for revenue, cost, CapEx, OpEx, ROI, NPV, and payback period to support product investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and leadership to align financial assumptions with market, technical, and strategic realities.
  • Integrate pricing and financial assumptions into go-to-market and commercialization strategies.

Pricing & Financial Modeling

  • Design and maintain pricing models to support subscription, consumption-based, and professional services offerings.
  • Work closely with product managers to translate technical features into monetizable pricing structures.
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Provide financial sensitivity analysis and pricing scenario simulations for leadership decisions.

Coordination with Finance & Governance

  • Act as a liaison between product teams and finance to align on accounting treatment, budget allocation, and CapEx/OpEx classification.
  • Prepare and present financial models and pricing proposals for internal reviews, finance approvals, and leadership endorsement.
  • Support finance in audits, reporting, and compliance requirements related to product financials.

Reporting, Dashboards & Post-Launch Assessment

  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools to track product and department performance against business case assumptions.
  • Regularly analyze and report on product P&L, gross margins, revenue, and cost metrics.
  • Lead post-launch assessment reviews to compare actual financial performance against original business case projections.
  • Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions to optimize profitability and ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to product, finance, and executive leadership.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Refine financial and pricing models based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and actual performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed pricing governance and financial accountability into product lifecycle processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry pricing trends, financial best practices, and regulatory changes affecting profitability.
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering (Master s or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial modeling, or business case development within IT services, cloud, telecom, or digital solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience building detailed financial models and dashboards in Excel (or equivalent tools).
  • Deep understanding of CapEx/OpEx structures, subscription/consumption-based pricing, SaaS/Cloud business models.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience delivering financial analysis for products in MENA or GCC markets.
  • Prior experience supporting pricing for cloud, data center, managed security, or telecom services.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for building dashboards and automated reporting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards related to service revenue recognition and CapEx/OpEx treatment.
