Overview of the role:

This role is central to ensuring smooth day to day business operations. As the first point of contact for business teams, you will provide solutions ranging from correcting sales order errors to resolving missing customer pricing. The position demands an individual who thrives under pressure, can balance speed with attention to detail, and understands the operational needs of different customers. A key responsibility is safeguarding both revenue and, more importantly, gross margin across all pricing-related activities

What you will do:

  • Support the Pricing Analyst in preparing quarterly and annual budgets.
  • Review and analyse monthly gross margin (GM) performance, identifying potential issues.
  • Create and develop reports summarising key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain pricing and margin data within APP (pricing solution) & SAP.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve pricing and margin issues using pre set logics.
  • Provide timely responses to internal and external customer queries in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Produce and distribute monthly reports summarising support activities.
  • Identify process efficiencies, including developing new logics for APP.
  • Perform daily checks on pricing task alerts within the system.
  • Coordinate costing, pricing, and support-related issues.
  • Ensure all new products are priced in line with KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to deploy strategic developments as per business timelines.
  • Partner with the Product Department to advise on product positioning.
  • Monitor and report on market reactions to AFG pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to share updated market insights for pricing approaches.
  • Create, review, and update pricing SOPs to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Support communication of price changes and related structures.
  • Coordinate with Aftersales on cost specifications.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing pricing logics to reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage pricing differences between businesses based on product type.
  • Ensure all tasks within the pricing system are actioned daily.
  • Work with analysts to identify and recommend system enhancements.
  • Conduct SAP deep dives to resolve erroneous data.
  • Update SAP sales orders for business suppor

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in other MS Office applications.
  • Prior SAP experience is highly desirable

About the Team:

You will report to the B2B Pricing Manager and work in a dynamic After Sales environment, engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Finance.
  • 2 5 years experience in a multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Distributor and/or OEM experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in pricing or finance-related roles is desirable
