Pricing Actuarial Manager (Life)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop actuarial pricing methodologies for life insurance products.
Conduct pricing reviews in line with company and regulatory requirements, producing detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with CBUAE and relevant actuarial standards.
Maintain and update pricing models, documentation, and audit trails.
Support financial reporting, budgeting, experience analysis, and portfolio profitability reviews.
Assist the Head Actuary in product planning, registration, and launch of new life insurance products.
Conduct reinsurance structure analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digitalization, product marketing, and reporting initiatives.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI).

Competencies:
Associate or Fellow of a recognized Actuarial Body with proven expertise in life insurance pricing.
Strong technical and analytical skills in actuarial modelling and financial analysis.
Proficient in Alteryx and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Excellent understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
