Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What will I be doing?
  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower / podium / meeting rooms / public areas.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality / advise on effective solution / procedures to enhance.
  • Supervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE / Assets Conduct trainings if needed.
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of maintenance by checking processes and final output
  • Report all malfunctions to engineering team / contractors / owners to ensure immediate action.
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data from BMS / Automation systems.
  • Review current standards and policies of WAL and ensure its implemented at all aspects.
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • Provide method of statement for executing maintence related activities.
  • Ensure all legal standards are met for new projects / modifications / Daily operations.
  • Communicate with external 3 rd parties if needed to certify critical systems.
  • Daily on-site inspection / reports provided to DOE

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc).
