Exciting Opportunity for Pre-Owned Sales Executive Drive Used Vehicle Sales & Procurement!

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a strong network in the used car market? We are seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Executive to source and purchase high-quality used vehicles for resale through our Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Showrooms. This role is crucial in expanding our pre-owned vehicle inventory, maintaining stock balance, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Purpose:
Source and purchase quality used vehicles to be sold through the company s Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Showrooms.
Establish a strong network of sources, including leasing companies, traders, auctions, and websites.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Conduct vehicle sourcing and appraisals to ensure the acquisition of high-quality stock.
Prospect for used vehicle purchases through various channels.
Purchase vehicles at the right price and in alignment with stock mix requirements.
Achieve budgeted volume and gross margin targets.
Ensure a balanced stock mix and appropriate pricing for faster stock turnover.
Conduct accurate vehicle inspections and complete the Vehicle Inspection Form to determine appropriate valuations.
Ensure vehicles are not on the sales lot for more than 90 days.
Stay updated on current market trends and used vehicle valuations.
Generate high-quality retail inventory for the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Department.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as requested by the Head of the Used Car Section.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the used car industry with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the UAE used car market.
Skills & Abilities:
Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
Strong negotiation, sourcing, and appraisal skills.
Computer literate with experience in inventory management and reporting.
Excellent market awareness and vehicle valuation expertise.
Ability to establish and maintain industry relationships with traders, leasing companies, and other key sources.
