Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure a turnover target set by management.
  • Followed by tour schedules and client visits.
  • Managing the client portfolio within the defined area d.
  • Ensures the reporting of customer information and complaints.
  • Monitoring of orders, visits and customer commitments.
  • The communication of any new commercial measures.
  • Working in constant collaboration with the sales and logistics team.
  • Inform management of any commercial transaction that presents a dispute.
  • Inform the hierarchy of any particular sales transaction.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Develop all merchandising operations at the point-of-sale level.
  • Prospecting for new clients.
  • Debt recovery.
  • Effective customer relationship management.
  • Participate in meetings and working sessions with colleagues, subordinates and superiors.
  • Skills in planning and conflict management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exp rience d'un an minimum.
  • Must be a resident of central Algiers.
