Roles & Responsibilities

ECM Solution Advocacy: Champion the features and benefits of our ECM solutions in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.

Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the sales process, assisting in product demonstrations, proposal development, and solution customisation to meet client needs.

Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective ECM solutions.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of ECM market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and approaches.

Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 8-15 years of experience in pre-sales, with a strong focus on ECM solutions.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ECM technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
