Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a dynamic Presales Engineer to join our growing team of tech consultants. If you're passionate about IT solutions, love solving business challenges with technology, and thrive in client-facing roles this is your chance to shine.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose effective IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) with detailed technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by ensuring a smooth handover of technical information to implementation teams.
- Participate in workshops, webinars, and events to showcase ITCS solutions and capabilities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and proposals.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid (remote and on-site) arrangement.
