Job Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV Systems, Power Backup Solutions - Sales & Business Development is a MUST.
• Knowledgeable in network active & passive equipment is a MUST.
• Have extensive knowledge and familiarity in ELV system designing, Structured Cabling , UPS, Data Center solutions, Security Systems, IP PABX, etc is COMPULSORY.
• Knowledge of upcoming projects and existing project status
• Bachelor’s degree – In science or technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English compulsory & Arabic preferred
• Ability to communicate with multi-cultural people at all levels.
• Enthusiastic, confident, sales oriented professional
• Experience in managing pipeline, sales cycle, contact strategy, negotiation and closing skills
• Required Omani Driving License and knowledge of local area in & around Muscat.

Job Responsibilities:

Your Job scope includes the below:

• Work closely with contractors and consultants across Oman, and build new accounts
• Should be able to generate new enquiries and achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze client requirements and develop customized ELV solutions, including CCTV, Structured Cabling, Telephone System, Data Center solutions, Wi-fi System, Access Control System, UPS solutions and other low-voltage systems.
• Ensure leads are followed up, liaising with the manager for support when needed
• Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
• Should be able to convert quotes to profitable orders
• Should be able to provide any support required to the customer with the help of the team
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely materials delivery, professionalism and efficiency

You will be responsible for the below daily tasks:

• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on project specifications.
• Ensure proposed designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and determine the best ELV solutions for each project.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical specifications and pricing.
• Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery and service support
• Prepare internal weekly reports, project cost estimations, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Management
