Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Pre-Sales Activities: Assist the pre-sales team in preparing for client engagements by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling logistics.
  • Proposal Support: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with customer needs and showcase our ManageEngine solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs that can inform sales strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Generate reports to support sales planning and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in initial customer inquiries and support the pre-sales team during client meetings, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Training Support: Help organize training sessions for sales staff to ensure a deep understanding of our ManageEngine solutionssolutions and capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales or pre-sales support role in the IT industry, preferably within ManageEngine Salations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
