Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and promote positive narratives about Maxim investment group
- Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials that effectively convey our messaging
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Coordinate and execute PR events, including business lines launches, press conferences, and media tours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business lines, product development, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment in messaging and positioning
- Lead crisis communication efforts, preparing strategies and messaging to mitigate potential reputational damage
Desired Candidate Profile
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Bachelor Degree: mass communications, public relations or equivalent
- Skills: with digital communications and social media strategies Adobe creative suit
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
- Ability to leverage data to inform PR strategies and measure impact
- Field (if any specific one): agency background is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
