Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
• Website Management:
• Collaborate with web development teams to upgrade and maintain the corporate website.
• Ensure the website content is current, engaging, and aligned with corporate messaging.
• Monitor website analytics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Partnership Agreements:
• Facilitate the negotiation, drafting, and execution of partnership agreements.
• Maintain communication with partners to ensure all agreements are upheld.
• Track progress and outcomes of partnership initiatives and provide follow-ups as necessary.
• LinkedIn Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company s LinkedIn presence and engagement.
• Create and share regular content that highlights company achievements, industry trends, and partnership news.
• Public Relations Activities:
• Support and coordinate external PR campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
• Develop relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Internal Marketing Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal marketing activities to promote employee engagement and unify corporate messaging across departments.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop communication materials that keep the workforce informed and aligned with corporate goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing roles.
• Proficiency in managing digital media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of website management tools and content management systems.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in partnership building and managing external relationships is a plus.
