Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical PPC/SEM Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across multiple platforms. The PPC/SEM Specialist will play a key role in driving traffic, generating leads, and improving ROI through data-driven strategies. This role requires strong technical knowledge of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC and SEM campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
  • Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated spend while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights/recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEM, PPC, and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 5 years) managing PPC/SEM campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
  • Proficiency with keyword research and bid management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and reporting.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, or Shopping) is highly desirable.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with paid social platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with SEM.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
