Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance across energy projects, investments, and operations.

  • Evaluate returns, KPIs, and benchmarks, and provide insights on performance drivers.

  • Prepare performance and variance reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Support strategic planning by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve portfolio tracking and reporting processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in portfolio or financial analysis, with exposure to the Oil, Gas, or Energy industry.

  • Strong understanding of energy sector operations, KPIs, and financial metrics.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with investment performance systems (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
