Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities within the banking sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors and partners.
Negotiate and close acquisition deals to enhance the client's portfolio.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare comprehensive reports on acquisition opportunities and their financial implications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in portfolio management or investment banking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data.
Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
Proven track record in successful acquisition deals.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
Proficient in using financial modeling software.
