Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overall operations of the polyclinics, including medical, administrative, and support services.
- Ensure that all clinics operate efficiently, meet quality standards, and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical departments to ensure seamless patient experience and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor performance indicators (patient satisfaction, waiting times, revenue targets, staff productivity, etc.).
- Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and improvement initiatives for service enhancement.
- Supervise clinic managers, doctors, nurses, and support staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance management.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinic personnel.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure resolution in line with organizational standards.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and submit to top management.
- Support marketing and business development teams in promoting clinic services and expanding patient base
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Purpose:
- To oversee the daily operations of the polyclinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient service delivery, compliance with healthcare standards, and effective management of medical and administrative staff.
- Bachelor s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in polyclinics or medical centers.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical management software.
