Roles & Responsibilities

Position:
Pmo Lead Pay (digital Wallet Product Owner Support)

Summary:
As a Pmo Lead Pay (digital Wallet Product Owner Support), you will be responsible for driving project governance and execution across the Alinma Pay roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product value propositions, and ensuring the successful delivery of new features and services. You will also coordinate acquisition strategies, monitor portfolio performance, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Responsibilities:
Drive project governance and execution across the Alinma Pay roadmap.
Support product teams in defining CVPs and launching new features and services.
Coordinate acquisition strategies with marketing and digital teams to enhance customer onboarding.
Monitor and report on portfolio metrics (usage, transactions, retention).
Track dependencies across product, compliance, risk, and technology functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital banking or fintech project delivery
Strong understanding of digital wallets, payments, and customer acquisition strategies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong presentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to ensure projects are executed within budget, timeline, and compliance frameworks
