Job Description

Perimeter:

The PMO's mission is to ensure the monitoring, structuring and governance of projects, in support of project managers and ProdOps teams, in order to guarantee the proper execution of commitments, control of deadlines, and compliance with the budget of the ProdOps teams.

The PMO plays a central role in the project system; as such, it must ensure that delivery is guaranteed on time and in accordance with SHRS quality standards.

Main Missions

  • Preparation and facilitation of weekly meetings.
  • Identification and monitoring of alerts and associated action plans.
  • Support for project managers in formalizing requests (expression of need, etc.).
  • Ensure that deadlines are met in relation to the commitments made by management and project teams.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with security constraints.
  • Ensures compliance with SHRS project methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards with SHRS.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
  • Automate reporting, document management and updates.
  • Recommend optimal resource allocation and prioritize tasks.
  • Know how to interact with AI tools to obtain precise and relevant results.
  • Be a key player in integrating AI into the PMO process to improve agility and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Qualification :

A graduate of an engineering school or technical university course, you have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a confirmed PMO.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize complex projects, write deliverables and anticipate and manage risks.

You have an appetite for innovation, digital transformation and agility.

Good IT knowledge.

Know how to lead meetings and committees, ensure reporting to stakeholders, effectively coordinate project stakeholders and manage requests or complaints.

Your main qualities:

Autonomy, Responsibility, organized, rigorous, Very good interpersonal and writing skills.
