PMO - Governance Lead ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC

The Governance Lead will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the governance for all Group Transformation initiatives related to SAP, SuccessFactors, Coupa from within the ERP Solutions Team. He / She should oversee all financial/contractual aspects of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Act as the primary point of contact for governance-related escalations and decisions.

· Review and manage contracts related to implementation, including vendor agreements, service-level commitments, and licensing terms.

· Ensure contractual obligations are aligned with governance policies and project objectives.

· Collaborate with legal, procurement, and vendor management teams to resolve contract-related issues and ensure compliance.

· Oversee the financial aspects of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

· Ensure financial governance is embedded in all program activities and vendor engagements.

· Ensures governance documentation including RAID logs, design approvals, change requests, and compliance reports are properly maintained.

· Provide regular updates on governance KPIs and risks.
