Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of PMIS tools and software.
  • Provide technical support and training to project team members on PMIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support project management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and refine PMIS workflows and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and maintain user documentation, including guides and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding data management and reporting.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices related to PMIS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management systems administration or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of PMIS tools and software, including data management and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and supporting users effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
